Commitment

Accessibility

Last updated: October 2026

Steve Kamer Voiceovers is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or captions. Accessibility is especially close to the work we do — a career built on the human voice should be open to every listener.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time task, and we review the site as we add to it.

What we’ve done

  • Semantic page structure with clear headings and landmarks.
  • Color contrast that meets AA for text and interface elements.
  • Audio players that are keyboard-operable and announced to screen readers, with labeled controls.
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators throughout.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for images, and links that don’t rely on color alone.

Known limitations & what’s in progress

We’re actively adding written transcripts for our audio demos so their content is available to everyone. Some embedded videos are hosted on third-party platforms (Vimeo, YouTube), and caption availability there depends on the original recording. If you come across a demo or video without an accessible alternative, please tell us — we’ll provide one promptly on request.
